Video Cameras Placement
When placing cameras, you want to eliminate any “blind spots” and also focus on covering areas that will provide value (i.e. high foot traffic versus bare walls). The following is a few example locations where cameras should be considered at a minimum to help reduce claim cost:
- All Restaurant Entry/exit points
- Bathroom Hallway/Entrance
- Beverage Station
- Freezer/Walk-in Coolers
- Additional Outdoor/Parking Lot – Mounting lights on light poles means a larger section of the building is covered.
- Front Counter POS
- Dining Room/Lobby
- Drive-thru
